Flock!
Because I'm bored and just ABSOLUTELY NEED yet another brower. Found Flock through Flickr, and when you're bored with nothing to do, downloading free stuff off the internet's the best thing to do without needing to spend money. It's a pretty nifty looking browser on first glace, but I've not navigated around enough with it to decide if I like it or not. True, the added Flickr uploader and viewer are great features and gives me a nice overview of my Flickr friends' photos, but if you're not huge on Flickr (it works with Photobucket too, I think), there really isn't much incentive to change to Flock. Firefox will still be my default browser, but I'm glad to see that the nav bars and options on Flock are very similar to Firefox. Anything other than IE would please me. :)
